composted tea?
first the question; if it sets in a barrel long enough does it ferment? if so can i run it thru a still and get a good buzz?
 the question is will it ferment. given time.i know that alot of you out there make it. i never paid that much attention but i have a couple of varieties that i beleive need it. winter months not much to do, i get a plastic 55 gal. drum. i start filling. now i know corn with SUGAR you wait a bit over a week before you have to cook.
