Default Brought one in

I brought one of my prize nanners indoors (black thai)
Its been indoors for about two weeks now. Now I know that its common for p-stems to get a little mold on them, but this has a little bit more than average. Is it because of the tempature change? The indoor / outdoor change? I can wipe 2/3 of it off with a wet rag. Should this be a concern? Any information would be greatly appreciated

High Humidity, Lack of Ventilation, Lack of Light? not an expert but mold grows where this factors are present. I bought a Giant Red Dragon fruit took about a week to get home from online nursery and the plant was rooting at the base with mold. I guess the lack of ventilation and no light coming into the box did the job I had to cut it and root it again, thankfully is alive and growing roots but with bananas I have no experience.
