I recently moved, and now my banana plant needs to be outdoors. I’ve tried putting it in partial sun but it seems to be getting really sunburned or dehydrated. I give it a good watering every 10 days but it just keeps getting more brown and dying. Any tips how to recover?

I would try a totally shaded spot and take it off the cement that may be heating it excessively.
