Okay, I have been growing bananas here in Zone 9b near Beaumont,Texas. I have few that needs to be ID so can ya'll help me out how if I post pics on here somewhere. I have few blooming and making bananas right now.. and I got some from 5 feet tall to 15 feet tall..So what do I do to get these ID?
My reason I am asking is-When Hurricane Ike blew thru here back in 2008, all my banana plants were damaged and plant stakes were destroyed..so my son and I have taken 3 yrs to redo the 5 acres yard and my banana beds again..I want to put name stakes by them ... Been 3 yrs since I been on here last but been so busy cleaning and reorganizing my land....so now I am good to go..also gotta find more bananas to buy..lol ![]() Thanks, Nadine |

It would help a lot if you got close up shots of the plants.

You can download Photobucket for iPhone, upload them from that, then insert the link from photobucket.com for any picture into your post.
