Advice on prepairing for winter

These are my last two still in the ground. A large corm from an apple banana plant and a zebrino with 2 pups. Im in NE Texas that doesn't normally freeze and if it does its for a day or so. We do get a ton of rain though. Can I leave these in ground given that I mulch heavily or what would you advise?

Thanks

don't know about the zebrina, maybe can take it but depending on how much cold it should come back from the ground. Manzano don't take the cold at all but dwarf Brazilian might also depending on how much cold.

bananas depending on species can take a freeze or 2 but if they are hit by a lot of 40 degree weather and below it is harder on them than one freeze.
