![]() Hello everyone, Very nice to become a new member of our home. I hope all you guys have a lot of energy and power to grow up your bananas with the best expectations. I need some documents about sensory evaluation (multi-comparative method) on banana fruits. Because I want to know qualify of my products and after that, I decide will I spread out this species to market or not. Do you have some suggestion or criteria on this field? Please comment below. Thanks a lot ![]() ![]() |

Welcome to the Bunch. .... It would help to know where you are located and your growing zone.
As far as banana marketing & quality, this would depend on what your local buyers expect. Are you selling to wholesale shippers or to locale Framer's market & fruit stands? Your local Ag Agent should be able to help |

The members of this forum is a collection of hobby growers. We do not have what you are looking for. Wholesell buyers want bananas of a specific size and maturity without blemishes. The local farmers market is a little different. .... Again we do not know where you are located |

The info you need should be available through your government Ag agent and/or the Banana growers association for your country. ... Using google you can find growing info publish for African banana farmers and there are many YouTube videos for banana production (I think South American). ... Anyway if you are doing research these should be a good start and give you leads for additional info. |
