Hi I'm new
I'm randi, my family and I are new to growing banana plants we moved into a house that had them planted in the back yard and I need to learn a little bit about them

Since you have plants growing and are obviously very interested in bananas, edit your profile to say where you live. Why? So members near to you can give you great advice about your specific area. Even though I'm a single old bat, I'm not worried that anyone will come "get me" by posting the city in which I live. IF I had some rare and highly desired musas, I might be more concerned that someone would come digging in my yard. (That's a joke!)
Post pictures of flowers on your plants so those in the know can help you ID what the previous owner planted. BTW, if you're in FL, I'll bet they're Orinicos but I'd be tickled pink to be proven wrong. (And if you're in FL, you can diversify--yeah!)
