It means, when attempting to post photos, http:// Comes up and not the ability to select photos from your device.
In other words, photo bucket or some other CRAPPY photo hosting site is required.

To copy and paste with iPad or iPhone you will highlight the code by tapping and holding it. Click on copy.
Than transfer and paste it into the field for posting photos the same way. It works. Took me a while too. I should have asked my preschoolers.
