![]() Hi all. I'm growing Cavendish & Berangan bananas. They grow well, fast, full and healthy. But the problem is the fruits are not turning yellow (like the beautiful ones in the shops). I'm confident that we're not harvesting them too early, as they're not angled, they are nice and round and a few bananas on each bunch are showing signs of yellowing ... so they're ready to pick. We're growing organically and they're obviously lacking something, I'm just not sure what. Any help would be appreciated.

![]() When they pick them green for shipping they have to gas them to get them ripen. I use an apple or two in a brown bag.
