Hello and Welcome!
Your banana plant looks like Musa 'Orinoco', a very common, but well liked variety that can be used fresh or for cooking. See this link for more info: Musa Orinoco - Bananas Wiki

Glad to see another nearby Banana grower. I'm a little surprised there are not more folks from our area on Bananas.org, considering all who grow bananas in our neck of the woods. Glad you are getting fruit!
