Hi everyone
Hi everyone. I’ve been lurking here for a few weeks and can’t say I’m a new banana grower. I killed two California Golds around thirty-five years ago putting them in the ground and I’ve had a Dwarf Cavendish in a pot for around ten or fifteen years that’s never made bananas. But the climate here in Altadena, CA. has changed over the years from 9b to 10a, so I’m going to give bananas another try. I grow a wide variety of plants, herbs and fruit trees, mostly too many figs. I’m starting with a few young eBay plants in pots (Namwah, Goldfinger FHIA -01 Dwarf, Gros Michel, Patupi (Kokomo), and Pisang Ceylon) and will be growing them under a Sun System light indoors for the winter and planting them outside in the ground next spring. Thank you all for your posts and helpful advice and the wonderful eBay sellers here who also have been so helpful.

So now, in addition to being banned, he's also red flagged on the domestic terror list. Let's see how HE likes it.
