I asked this question a few weeks back but never got a reply from anyone. If we are really the International Banana Society, how about putting that title/slogan on the merchandise along with the Bananas.org logo?

Just a thought.

It's not a bad idea, we just have not gotten a logo yet with that text.
If you guys want to wait till the second round of merchandise, I can understand that! I can see the difference how some people would prefer the IBS text and not just a web address, makes sense.

I'd be more interested in something that included an image of a banana, banana plant, or even something like Gabe's illustration along with the existing logo. Alternatively, text such as "I've gone bananas at" then the current logo. Other text options might be "I hang out at" or "I monkey around at", etc. Admittedly, when I wear logo clothing it's usually that of a chestnut farm!

I like Harvey's idea of something with a cool image of a banana on it but hopefully nothing too dorky like a cartoon monkey or a goofy catch phrase. I know you can't please everyone and I'm not trying to be overly picky...I guess I just prefer something that looks professional. It's great to get other people's ideas, though! Maybe we could have a mixed offering of some things that are more fun and some that are more professional/serious looking?
