Hey there jim, I call them suckers because your momma plant is small. If your main plant was larger you'll notice bigger stronger babies coming up and they grow fast. If you chop them now they probably won't make it. let them get 16" to 24" tall if you want to save them. I like the group look, let them be....
Notice how fat these little guys that are starting to pop up....nife like leaves are a good way to tell if you have swords.
