Chironex

Have you ever heard them fight? OMG, it sounds like wildcats! That's the problem, too. People find them so cute and unassuming, but in reality, they are rabies carriers, ferocious and multiply rapidly. Around the city they live in the sewers and storm drains. And opossums are right behind them.
They get into trash cans and get garbage strewn all over, they can destroy insulation in garages (homeowner's policies do not cover damage by animals) and have no redeeming value. They are cute, that's about all I can say for them. It's a problem that is becoming worse and worse. I had neighbors feeding the darned things on their back porch. Now there are dozens of them. Glad I moved.
