Looking at photos, and comparing them to these plants when they were younger, they look like Super Dwarf Cavendish bananas. Here's one of the eBay 'Truly Tiny' from May 2007.

And here's the supposed Dwarf or Super Dwarf Cavendish - which was sold to me as a Basjoo, LOL. Photo taken February 2007.
