Musa Mahoi is a Cavendish family member that produces double bunches of banana in one fruiting. Sometimes, it may only produce one bunch, though it is not uncommon for them to produce more than two bunches in one fruiting, as in this case.

After fruiting, as with other bananas, it will die, though by this time, it will have produced new pups. If you look at the picture of the plant posted by Harvey, you will note that the bunches of bananas are on the same pseudo-stem. And it has produced pups around the p-stem.
