My outdoor plants are in the middle of another growth flush. The pyrethrins I spray my needy plants with periodically have been keeping the insects down in most places. However, the white flies have started moving into the citrus & fushias, and the local locusts have laid millions of eggs on selected leafs of my pumpkins, melons, and squash. So this morning I removed blossoms from these plants (no need to kill bees) and sprayed them with Malathion. I have yet to find anything else that will eliminate them from these plants in my location.
