Well walking around the yard my large mats that I wrapped up with plastic sheeting. Only one variety my ice cream had some 12ft stalks that still got whacked others look fine inside. It comes back every year quick even if the whole mat melts to the ground. We got 16 maybe 14 here for the am the day the whole country got a low.

That’s an idea I can try. Just really need to plant them out. Have two pots that I don’t know what the bananas are and don’t have extra so kinda don’t want to plant them out..
