That looks like a tissue culture plant which are generally much weaker and need more care than a real pup would. It will not survive in full sun like that.

I would highly suggest potting it up and keep it in a shaded area so it can recover. Let it actually grow some before you start introducing it to full sun.
1 Week transition is too fast as well you can't rush it.

Once it's actively growing you can slowly start introducing some sun. This acclimation process can take several weeks. If it stops growing then you know it's too much.

I've grown several Tissue Culture bananas following this process and they are now huge healthy plants in full sun.
This process usually takes me a few months as well. Be patient and you will be rewarded.
