I assume you paid with a credit card, look at your statement to see if a 800 phone number is given. Then call it..... also give FHN another 2 weeks after the date they stated it would be shipped, then call your credit card company to have the charge reversed; but do so before 60 days after the order. Give the resone as the product ordered was NOT delivered. The card company then must reverse the charges. .... I just did this with a merchant on a $101.00 order that went through PayPal. PayPal wouldn't reverse the charge so I had my card company to reverse the charge against PayPal.
The FTC rule is that the charges MUST BE reversed if
* The product ordered was not delivered... OR
* the product delievered was not what was ordered
.... contrary to what the seller may tell you, the product delievered is not required to be returned by the FTC rules. So the return should be paid by the seller if they really want it back
* the product was not shipped on time or delayed. The seller must notify you of the delay and get your agreement.
So get your money back .... oh ask your card company if they need your claim in writing
