As far as you banana plant, there are several threads on here related to winter storage techniques. One in particular involves removing the plant from its pot, washing all the soil from the roots, and storing the plant laying down in a dark space. This may give you the option to keep your plant indoors. How large is it?

So, around 2m high. The thing is that in the last few months she lost a lot of leaves, but she gave us 2 new plants. Not sure is her life now at the end, we will see. We are still waiting for warmer days to bring her out.
