Pictures would help. But from your description, you have TC plantlets. These are very difficult to grow for the adverage consumer and proper growing instructions are not provided.
These plants should still be in a greenhouse or shaded conditions with controlled humidity and misting for another 4 to 6 months.
What you are describing is root rot due to over watering and low humidity within the house. It is not likely it will recover, but you could try. .... Wash the little plants corm with bleach water & dry. Then repot in a fast draining potting soil or sand (The pot MUST drain excess water out) and mist 2 or 3 times per day. Once a week mist with a little fertilizer (1 tsp of miracle grow per gal. of water). ..... Good luck ...
