I winter mine over in my basement 55ºF to 60ºF, some in pot's some bare root. The ones in pot's get light from a couple 4ft fluorescent's and very little water, the bare root ones get very little light and no water. Your plants will slow down or may go dormant. The purpose is to keep them alive until warmer weather. Let them dry out before watering, they are using very little water, over watering will rot the roots.
