Default Tricks to help fruit

I have been growing bananas for a long time, but this year is different. I have five bunches hanging and three w a great chance to ripen. We won’t get frost until normally December if that. Trying to ripen bananas is completely new to me and I have not looked into this because never really had a chance. The three I think can make it bloomed in June. The fruit has not changed
Size in atleast a month. Should I expose fruit to sun? If so should I not cut leaves on fruiting stalk and just the other stems? Any tricks I can do to get a chance at trying some home grown bananas? Thanks
