You have to clean up your grow area...

For me it is difficult just like you......be persistent....

Separate your plant....maybe isolate in a bathroom shower...and treat.....a day later ....treat.....a day later treat

Neem oil is a great barrier to keep a clean plant.

The Best recommendations were in article in a previous post.....pick and choose what you can afford.
