Go to your forum control panel "User CP" then click on the 'upload photo' on the far right; and scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the listed file limits. i suggest keeping the file name short with no spaces and use jpg, jpeg, pnp, or gif file extensions with the image name. And NO spaces.
