Not much you can or need to do except just keep them inside for awhile and eventually they will ripen. If you really want to try and speed them up, you can place them along with some apples or other ripe bananas under a towel or in a paper bag and it can help to ripen them sooner. They will probably ripen up eventually into something edible, but they may not be very high quality.
