Default Help me, please, to identify this one!

Hi, there!
Bagging your pardon, but I was not able to figure out how to embed images, so I have an album on yandex.

May be someone can name the specimen. It called here as "Local banana", but odds are that its just introduced here long time ago (,39.8837478,13z). It never brings any fruit and is frozen down to the ground level every year. It resprouts next spring and can reach as high as 3, may be 4 meters high (if watered regularly).

Any ideas?
