FYI: no need to buy expensive culture vessels or even baby jars for that matter. If you can find ziplock "microwave safe" square containers, it's a fraction of the cost. Square contains are ideal since they use up less space comapred to the circular ones. These can be pressure cooked, and re-used 2-3 times. You'll need a thick layer of parafilm to seal the tops but other than that, it's really easy to use.
