Cookiecow iam so glad you posted this thread! When i first brought the bananas inside for the winter, i did notice that the leaves did drip water! And i would look and wonder where it was coming from.
Thanks to bananaman i know!
But iam still afraid of getting the rotten corm thing if i water too much!
They seem to do all right with ABOUT once a month water. Wilst not growing, they arent dying either.
They still have 4 to 5ft of growth on them in the basement.
Meanwhile the saba i have ,has started to grow in a br, that is not as warm as my bathroom. But it is in a southwest window. Not as big as mskitty, but growing slowly.
My Orinoco is still just sitting there! Its not dying{good sign} but just sitting there! On to more research-----------------------Magicgreen
