I actually know know what that feels like. I spent a winter in Mo. one year with my Uncle on his farm. It was the coldest year on record and one day the wind chill was -68F

I was sent out that day to cut firewood. It was so cold I could not get the chainsaw started! I ended up picking up some scattered sticks for the fire. I remember that with all my winter clothing I could only handle about 30 minutes of being outside. Of course this was over 20 years ago and winter clothing was no where near as advanced as what we have now.
