Rollinia is a generic name that refers to approximately 65 different species of fruit, some of which are Annona and others are not.

Further, Rollinia is also a genus of plants in the Annona family (Annonaceae).

If we could narrow your plant down to a cultivar of a species or hybrid of a genus then I might be able to help.
