As to X77 that link has quite a bit of info plus two years of photos on the size and growth. X77 are sweet and smaller than other Papaya.. I like them! plus there are pictures of size comparison on that thread.
Im in south Florida. Where its nice and warm . But my Papaya take the cooler weather pretty darn good . water at least every other day and fertilize every 15 days ( compost, cow manure, NPK fert 9 3 8 ) Mineral supplement also Azomite 3 times a year.. Remember I have sand here so I need mineral supplements.
It is my opinion all Papaya grow very much the same
And the taste of home grown is outstanding! seeds take 14 days to germinate .. Not always but rely on slow germination..
