My wife has just made reservations at the classiest restaurant we have ever eaten in,
but because it is in Vietnam, it is very affordable, price wise comparable to a lower
mid-range place here in North America.

They sent us an a la carte menu with the confirmation. I got a giggle our of the first
appetizer listed:

“Chicken salad with banana blossom, steamed rice cake with dried shrimp and
roasted pork.” (that one is about $5.-)

The main courses range from $7.- to $ 21.-, the last price buys you:

Herb crusted rack of lamb
Australian rack of lamb served with mashed potato, ratatouille and red wine sauce

Well, it is not "blooming in my garden", but it will be on my plate shortly
