I agree; the bananas look "Orinoco-ish", & is my all-time favorite for making tostones.
One of the few that can be allowed to ripen on the plant without much danger of splitting, and like Juni says; they can be cooked either green or yellow.
We'll eat 'em as a dessert 'naner when feeling too lazy to cook.
