thank you very much for all the info + beautiful pics!! still, will have to bring it in soon as the winter is approaching and cut the longest stems + try to root the cuttings although haven't had much success so far. my mystery passy is definitely not pure P. phoenicea, so we'll see... i'll try and pollinate flowers with it's own pollen, that of P. caerulea and P. quadrangularis. If there is no registered hybrid of P. phoenicea and P. alata (any direction, which is REALLY strange) you could do it!!!
