Hey Tony! Thanks for the ID. It is blooming now, although I only just bought it from a nursery so I don't know if there are techniques used to force bloom. Looks like phoenicia is very similar to alata and quadrangularis. The scent of the flowers is certainly interesting. Not exactly a typical sweet flower smell but interesting! Very beautiful.
