A P-stem after 12 hours of freezing is going to have some kinda damage, 24-48 it turns into a big banana ice cube sitting on your corm. When it thaws out its mush. I had a small namwah come back after we got down 13F lows but it was mulched and protected from north and west winds. The real question is: Is growing a (etible banana) corm come spring good enough for you?
