Smaller ones look like bird crap, larger form looks like snake head, and the chrysalis (which I'm trying to find) starts green, slowly turns dusty brown from which emerges a black and white swallowtail. YUCK..... I dont like them things.. we have a lot of the Eastern Tiger Swallowtail's here and they munch on my citrus trees . Plus they lay eggs in 15 different location on the trees
under the leaves and hardly ever on a leaf where they been feeding .. Pretty to look at as adults but disgusting leaf eating critters as pupa or worms ...
