I am sorry to hear that Ante. Have you checked for soft mushy areas on low on its pseudostem? My Namwah had stopped growing and found it had a few rotting leaf bases on it,all soft, mushy and full of grubs/worms. After removing those and left the low parts to sun dry,rot stopped and my Namwah has resumed normal growth and has stopped the rot it had on other, higher parts as well! So it may have been that, coupled with temperatures not too good for growth.
Leave it dry a bit more than usual as well,if you are watering it. I think that whatever and if it is,it will fix itself when hot weather finally comes!
