Is there any chance he misunderstood something you wrote him? Maybe doing a mistype, wanting to write "i can not ship Banana plant without Phyto"? I ask because he then says "please let me know if you need to get a Phyto". Why else would you like to get a Phyto if not to accompany your plants?
