i have a mystery plant like yours..agristart was probably the main supplier no matter who you got it from.. Jared's pic is your closest bet to i.d. W. Hybrid...cavendish types. D.cav/G.nain/W.hybrid and a few others can look simular but are all different plants. They have distinguishable traits which are displayed espcecially during flowering..or so i believe. :-/
