Jarred your chips looked tasty!!
With my Ae Ae I made our traditional latin dish, Fried Green Plantains " Tostones". See Photos
Peel and cut them to about 1 1/2 inch
Fry in very hot veg. oil
Smash with either a plastic or wooded plantian smasher (optional you can use any flate surface to smash). Smash to about 1/2 inch
Fry again for a few seconds, unitl golden yellow and garnish with salt.
