Default Sick leaf or Flag?

I noticed something interesting today when I went outside. It seems really small, so I was oping for a flag leaf, but with the crazy weather we have been having it could be a sick leaf.

Recently we have been getting one arctic storm/blast per week (for the last 3 weeks) They come in and take the temps down to the 50s during the day for a couple days and then recovers to the 80s by the weekend.

So here is the picture of the leaf halfway open. Opinions?
