Default Cool Banana Website

INIBAP has joined with IGPRI to become Bioversity International. This is an international organization working to improve bananas.

Of particular interest is their PUBLICATIONS section which contains a number of interesting docs on banana topics. I have posted a couple already.

These folks have germplasms of banana varieties at various facilities around the world.

An interesting document (15 MB) is one on a banana collecting mission to Papua New Guinea: http://bananas.bioversityinternation...musalogue1.pdf

Check out their site. They have 5 types of Hawaiian bananas but we have never been able to get their attention. Does anybody know anybody at this group?
