As a crow fly's over the river and through the woods the museum is 4 miles from my home.
, in Kentucky.

The day of the debate the parking lot was packed to the street and more.
A few personal remarks
I have been to the museum and went through it with an open mind......very interesting.

The museum is a destination attraction.....there are no in state license plates on the cars in the parking lots.
The museum boasts
A planetarium......A good one.
A huge holiday light show in the gardens.....FREE
One of the largest high quality fossil collections in the world .....Big
A small zoo ......good for the kids.....FREE.
Maybe one of the the largest zip line attraction in the region....Over lakes and gardens.
A tropical garden with some of the largest specimen plants I have ever seen.....FREE
And last but not least THE BIGGEST BASJOO MAT IN THE REGION......Impressive....FREE

IT doesn't sound like a Museum.....does it.

I don't think I've seen one like that middle hive. If the honey just drips into the blue plastic part so you can open the plug and fill your jar--GENIUS!

Took picture right after peeling an insulating layer of plastic off the top!
Easy 6-8" and another 1-2" is coming my way. The last snow was a joke; this can be played in! Gotta love it, gotta hate it! :woohoonaner:
