Sorry haven't posted in a while, got a migraine every night, starting Friday and ending monday. So I was in bed off the computer for a while. Only coming on briefly to check up.

Got a 512mb video card and a new monitor for one of my computers.

Looks like everyone is getting some cool seeds

Made those (except first one that actually looks nice) a year or two ago. They are a bit sloppy as I threw each one together in maybe 30 minutes

Jerusalem Cherry plants require bright diffused light, but not direct sunlight, Jordan.

Ohhhhhhh! Sherry, I thought you were talking about those stubborn Miracle Fruit seeds. Are you starting them in medium? I never have been able to get any Hot Marbles to germinate. Either in the AeroGarden, seed starting medium, or damp paper towel in a ziplock. Zip, Nada, Zilch. Little Farts!!!!

Jordan you worry me having so many migraines. Especially being so young! I have never had one but I have read that they are excruciating! Hope it gets better for you. Love your little girl kitties!

Miracle Fruit? They have a very short embryo life Sherry. If you haven't already started any they won't be any good. From what I've read about 3 weeks to a month from picking. They won't even store in the fridge from what I've read. I think that is why they are so expensive.

I find the internet is full of $!#% when it comes to the length of time a seed remains viable!

Next month I am going to a friends house, I got a cat costume!

Bright lights or LED lights cause my migraines. But the rest I think is from something else... I know what it is but I need to think it through more before I tell anyone.

I didn't know the miracle fruit only lasted that long! I haven't planted the ones you sent me yet, maybe they will be good still. I will plant them right now.

Jordan it is not my business or anyone else's, so don't worry. It just makes ME worry that's all (just that Motherly instinct kicking in). Just remember what ever you share online be it here or facebook or anywhere else, the world can read.

That sure is true Sherry! I remember all those fermenting tomato seed links I sent you! And if anybody can get a seed to produce you can, I don't have any doubts about that! I think that may be why they are rumored to be difficult to grow from seed though. As soon as I got one to sprout I thought wow, that was easy - but then I have not got another one to yet. So.....I don't know.

Do the Cherimoya and sunrise cactus seeds need planted right away also? And then whats a good way to do them, or are they just like other seeds?

I don't really know what the cherimoya are, I will have to google them and find out. I know they are a tree, but that's all I could find last time.

Cherimoya, in my opinion is THE BEST fruit in the world!!!! You probably don't know what a Piña Colada tastes like, but that is what it tastes like to me. I LOVE them. I have read that if kept dry they will store up to two years. I have read they are really easy to sprout, but they have been hard for me. That probably wasn't the most practical of seeds to send you but thought you might like to try to bonsai it.

I would think the cactus seeds would store well also, but I am not sure. I have the plants so I haven't tried to germinate the seeds.

Those darned Miracle Fruit seeds are expensive too. $2 per seed! I have been very disappointed with them. I should have just bought a bush instead!

Maybe I will keep the cherimoya a while and see if I get more room soon or something. I just got a bunch of adeniums and might be gettign quite a few new pachypodiums soon, so I might not have room to grow them right now.

Can't wait for the dragon fruit you sent me to start growing They are very stubborn right now, the one doesn't even have roots yet.

I hope everyone is having a great evening. I saw some patchy frost this morning but I covered my plants and none were damaged. Its going to be 80 tomorrow after the last couple of days were in the 60s

It's getting about 40 at night this week and maybe in the lower 50s during the day right now. Too cold! Everyone here is wanting to move because of how cold it is getting (wind chill is way lower then actual temp)

Hi Sherry. I'm so sorry about Henry. My mom's friend lost her 13 year old yorkie earlier this month. She is still really upset about it. The Yorkie was the sweetest dog I've ever met and I really miss her. The last day I saw her I could tell she was really sick and I'm glad I was at least able to pet her one last time. The next day my mom's friend had to put her to sleep.
