Not sure that will help but it does give me a clue as to where they're stored on my phone. We'll see.

Hmm, IDK about MetroPOS as I have Verizon, but mine just stay there until I delete them. If you keep on top of it and delete them as you get them, one at a time, you can save the ones you want. If you hit Delete All, it will only take a few minutes to clear, but they'll all be gone.
