Ah yes...this is my home...on a little ranch one mile from the sea. My interests in fish are of those large types...marlin, dorado, sailfish and sshark...but more often I go fish over reefs and rocks for 2-6 pounders that are fabulous table fare. The variety is astounding and most are excellent eating, but I'm hard-pressed to name them.

One of the puffer types has a very sweet fillet, but a liver that is so poisonous that it will kill the eater...we let the locals fillet them.

Others are so venomous in their sppines that I give them away and let the locals fuss toward the very good fillet...scorpionfish.

Lots of sea bass, grouper, triggers, bumpheads, and ???...hence the request.

Book early, the hotels fill up...and the whole place is surrounded by bananas!
