Yum!! Maple syrup!!
No maple trees here in the Florida Keys, but great for growing bananas, except when a "tropical event" blows through.

Sadly there doesn't seem to be that many non-tropic/subtropic residents on this forum but even I will admit, it's not cold enough out here for proper maple syrup production. Sugar Maples yes, maple syrup no.
